Organizational setting is increasingly overcoming expectations and proving there is not necessary to be impersonal in order to be a good professional. Human relationships amplified by solidarity spirit are replacing formality.

Believing in its collaborators' adaptability, creativity, willingness and talent, Selenium proves to be a company that, even devoted to the research and development of new technologies, keeps and encourages humanity.

Sharing this philosophy, Selenium team annually chooses a low-income region of Nova Santa Rita to help it in its main needs. It is a collective movement involving all the company levels, combining different realities, which are also very close to each other.

In 2003, Treze de Maio school, in Caju neighborhood, was benefited with a moving event. Collaborators and friends have joined together to perform the building general maintenance, delivering donations to the families during a beautiful party.


This climate of work, help and confraternization involves different partners, suppliers, customers, employees, managers and Selenium management board itself.

But the action is strengthened every year and does not stop here; being extended to other neighborhoods.

The fifth Community Action is currently preparing even more moving surprises.
